An Introduction to The Lounge Cafe Bar & Restaurant's Team

The Lounge was established in 2005 and has built up a reputation for good food, good service and good times. The business is owner operated. We are proud of the success we have created through hard work and a great team.

Assistant Manager

Full time assistant manager required must have good leadership qualities & experience in the hospitality industry.
Applicant Must:

• Be reliable & self motivated
• Minimum 12 months experience in a la cart restaurant
• Have good communication skills
• Be well presented
• Have a strong interest in food & wine
• Be available for night & weekend work
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work as a team member
• Possess a current NSW RSA

Barista / Wait Person

Required for weekdays & weekends the applicant must meet the following essential Criteria:

• Minimum 12 months experience in a la cart restaurant
• RSA NSW
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Available weekends
• Be reliable & self motivated
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work as a team member

Preferred Criteria:

• Wine knowledge
• Solid food knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Outgoing personality

15 to 38hrs available (for the right person)
